As a Bears fan (by birth), all I can say is that sounds uncomfortably familiar.
Politics is not touch football. Politics is winner-take-all. So in touch football, does the winner share the winnings with the loser? I'm unclear on this. Is this a sort of redistributive sport? Like the lottery?
