    it's not just the USA. there's a sandwich here in australia that is 2 breaded and deep fried chicken breasts with bacon and cheese and likely an egg or pineapple in between with perhaps a decorative hint of a lettuce leaf for color. the chicken forms the function of the bun.

    i guess they're taking to this carb free thing huh?
