Who could have anticipated

That for some reason the shrimp harvest in the Gulf of Mexico is way down?

The ones they're selling are so tasty -- and all pass the smell test. Not a whiff of petrochemicals in a carload. Because that's exactly how they're testing them -- by random sampling smell test. Mmmm, science at its finest.

Eat up, folks -- they're good for ya.

A good man, and atheist, died yesterday...

I knew Dr. Buckman through Toronto's Centre for Inquiry, of which he was a stalwart member.

    He'll be missed...

I would think that the lighter-fluid and charcoal briquet industries would come out against petrochemical-infused sea food. As a backyard griller, I have to say that it seems like an unfair advantage. But then faster and easier. I'm torn.

I have never known many other atheists, but they've all been good people.

  7. I'm done with Gulf seafood. We won't know the detrimental effects upon the food chain for years -- decades. There's no logical reason to take the chance. Pity.
