Well, of course Comcast wanted him to stay on. He's been a reliable shill for the big business/establishment view.

And, I'm sure John McCain is pleased about his friend's good fortune--it will mean we'll regularly get to see his lumpy visage for decades, perhaps centuries to come, depending upon advances in medical science....
