In Ryan's case, I'd be inclined to say, "pick a subject."
I don't think he's really got a grasp of anything. His budgets seem to defy mathematics, his knowledge of history stinks, his economics seems mostly composed of mythology and he's positively hostile to science.
That said, he sure knows how to bully the helpless, though.

He called Gov. Little Scotty Walker his "buddy". That tells me more than enough about caliber of his douchenozzle.
