The White House released memos Wednesday night saying that George W. Bush was suspended from flying fighter jets for failing to meet standards of the Texas Air National Guard.
Records requests made for months...and statement you have them all for months...and now having been found by other means they are released.
Here is a PDF of the August 1, 1972 document saying Dubya was let go for MORE than missing a physical.
The Freedom of Information Act doesn't permit such exclusive treatment of records. So here is the White House violating the law. I bet no network points this out today.
