Enriching their legacy

It appears that the post-Administration life of many of our "favorite" Bushies is going about as expected. For example, Michael "Heckuva Job" Brown, the man infamous for his lack of preparedness for major disasters just had to flee his Colorado mountain lair home as wildfires closed in, after being so instructed by police officers.

"We never think of the fact that something like this can happen," Brown said.

And then still on the beat, there's alpha-a-hole Dick Cheney on the collapse of the economy:

Vice President Dick Cheney says that his boss, President George W. Bush, has no need to apologize to the American people for not doing more to head off the financial calamity, saying no one saw the crisis coming.

Nobody ever anticipates anything in that crew. I don't know how they are able to go about in their day-to-day lives without safety helmets on.
