Rising Hegemon
Once again, the Villagers, as Atrios calls them, have their dreams dashed.
They were all ready to bury Hillary Clinton, and here she is ruining John McCain's big moment -- and his magic 3x5 cards -- by squeeking out a victory in New Hampshire (both she and Obama each beat St. John by 24,000 and 16,000 votes respectively, but don't tell Broder).
Bill Kristol blames "you dumb broads":
“It’s the tears. She pretended to cry. The women felt sorry for her. And she won.”
What a guy.
Right now David Broder is rubbing his, uh lamp?, trying to summon Mike Bloomberg.
