Rising Hegemon
A preliminary investigation shows that a bullet was fired into the air and struck the window in a downward direction, landing on the floor about a foot from the window. The round struck with enough force to break the windowpane but did not penetrate the window blinds.
Based upon what is currently known of the incident, Richmond Police have put up an artist's composite of the likely perpetrator of this dastardly act of gravity:
How this moron (Cantor, not the estimable Mr. Sam) isn't being pointed and laughed at after this ridiculous effort at self-pity only reflects just how in the bag the media is.

it was worth a try... after all, Lou Dobbs wasn't exactly laughed out of town when he claimed almost the same thing before he "left" CNN...
Plus it has the added benefit of providing the media with (in)credible evidence that "the left" is down with the crazy and therefore their "both sides are doin' it so our equivalency meme" is right on the mark.
