I guess they knew where to find him

Normally out in the world there are so many rocks he could potentially crawl under, but there wasn't much doubt this weekend where you could find Andrew Breitbart.

Andrew Breitbart, the owner of several conservative Web sites, was served at the [CPAC] conference on Saturday with a lawsuit filed by Shirley Sherrod, the former Agriculture Department employee who lost her job last year over a video that Mr. Brietbart posted at his site biggovernment.com.

While small violins played metaphorically...

Mr. Breitbart said in a statement that he “categorically rejects the transparent effort to chill his constitutionally protected free speech.”

As was likely true of most things at CPAC this must be the work of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Ah, well, Andy is long overdue for a legal lesson in the intersection of the First Amendment and libel law.

The woman has real damages to recoup--she lost her job because of his little foray into creative editing.

And given his attitude, his mouth and his reputation, I doubt that it will take a jury very long to climb over that hurdle of malicious intent.

Well, who'd ever believe this... another conservative making bogus accusations of racism to a liberal!

I doubt that it will take a jury very long to climb over that hurdle of malicious intent.

And that is why Breitbart, backed by untold corporate millions, will do his best to make sure this case never makes it to court.

Prediction: our own resident howler monkey will be decrying this unfair, bogus lawsuit in 10, 9, 8,, 7....
