I don't know, this issue seems rather straight forward. If that county now found 14,000 additional ballots, what's the TOTAL ballots submitted. Is it in line with the rest of the state, or isn't it? It's a pretty clear REP county, so hard to argue the imbalance for Prosser. I think the election made a pretty strong statement regardless of the final count.
