Dear Mr. President,

We have been trying to contact you by phone several times a day for the past six months, without success.

This certified letter is to inform you that we require immediate payment upon your nation's debt owed to us. Failure to take action to immediately pay such debts will leave us with no alternative but to impose a lien upon your property.

In the alternative, we will forego collection on such debts in return for granting us title to Hawaii, Washington State, the City of Las Vegas, and your nation's MSG mine in Utah. You may consider our pending reconquest of Taipai as satisfying interest.

Please advise withing 10 days of receiving this letter.
