I am shocked and appalled, but unfortunately not stoned.

I was pretty hopeful this would go the other way because it may have made the Bush years remaining to us far more tolerable.

In actuality, I'm not a smoker, I don't like the sensation of breathing in smoke, be it from a cigarette, a cigar, or a joint, so this won't affect my life any. However, the blatant waste of billions of dollars on preventing the use of pot is just ridiculous. Coke, Heroin, Meth, I can certainly understand that, but pot? It's just prohibition in another form.
