Former Ambassador to Croatia Peter Galbraith is claiming President George W. Bush was unaware that there were two major sects of Islam just two months before the President ordered troops to invade Iraq, RAW STORY has learned.
In his new book, The End of Iraq: How American Incompetence Created A War Without End, Galbraith, the son of the late economist John Kenneth Galbraith, claims that American leadership knew very little about the nature of Iraqi society and the problems it would face after the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.
I would pay a nice chunk of my current checking account balance to see a reporter at the next Bush Press Travesty to ask Stumblebum McFuckup about this AND ask him to explain to the American people some of the differences between Sunni & Shi'a.
And then, given the situation in Lebanon, I'd like him to be asked who the "Druze" are...I'd bet he'd start talking about Israel.
You know RIGHT NOW you could pop those questions on Clinton and 30 minutes later you'd have yourself a thorough overview. I'm willing to wager the Chimp would storm off the podium.
