What it's all about

Whenever I hear a GOP stooge whine about "class warfare" or a Democrat playing to special interests, remember what the war is really about:

“It’s going to be a national security election,” Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol told a group of Oregon Republicans last night. “It’s going to be an election about our next commander in chief. History suggests that when we’re fighting a war, Americans tend to favor the more hawkish candidate.”

So Republicans fight perpetual wars to maintain perpetual power through perpetual fear.
