Poor Boner:
Ohio Rep. John Boehner says Republicans alone can't stop the legislation. But he says Republicans are "going to do everything we can to make it difficult for them, if not impossible, to pass the bill."
...Democrats never made a serious attempt to incorporate Republican ideas -- and only took "a couple of Republican bread crumbs and put them on top of their 2,700-page bill."
Oh God, he's gonna cry.

If there's ever a remake done of "Watermelon Man," I've got a casting suggestion....
A Tale of Boe and Misfortune indeed.
I don't know why the Democrats are so resistant to incorporating Republican ideas either, Rep. Boehner. For example, the Democrats think it is necessary to reform our health care system. How hard is it to incorporate the Republican idea that "No, it is not"? Democrats believe it is wrong that so many Americans can't afford health insurance, and Republicans believe "No, it is not." Democrats believe that it's wrong for private insurance companies to cancel coverage for people who are ill, and Republicans believe "No, it is not." Can't we all just get along?
