A Lincoln-Douglas style debate

If it involves two idiots.
Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich met Saturday night in Texas, for an event dubbed by its Tea Party hosts and the candidates as a “modified Lincoln-Douglas” style debate.
I understand that infidelity beat inappropriate touching two falls out of three.

The approach of Callista and Gloria in Texas led to a momentary shame aggregation anomaly (SAA) large enough to disrupt the earth's gravitational field. This SAA was the certainly the proximate cause of the nearby Oklahoma earthquake.

(Haven't been able to "fall back" for years.)

Did they bring up Reagan and today's anniversary of the Simpson-Mazzoli Act?

It was signed into law by their hero, Ronald "Red Ink" Reagan, on Nov. 6, 1986, granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens.

I'd like to see "Lincoln" and "Douglas" discuss this article:

"Goodbye to All That: Reflections of a GOP Operative Who Left the Cult" by Mike Lofgren

Hell, I'd even like to hear a garden variety GOP moron like Orifices and @$$holes discussing this article.

Newt is the genius of GOP morons. Normally I might assume that he'd claim the Lincoln role.

Filling the Douglas role seems a bit problematic.

Douglas's strategy in the debates was to picture Lincoln as a fanatical "Black Republican" whose goal was to incite civil war, emancipate the slaves, and make blacks the social and political equals of whites.
