Opponents of U.S. Rep. Joe Walsh fired back at the conservative Illinois congressmen over the weekend after he said the national debate over birth control coverage is "not about women."

Sadly, Tammy and Raja are both DLC tools, and whoever (Duckworth) wins the primary gets a free ride in the general. We deserve better.
Walsh was forced out by redistricting and slithered to IL-08 to keep his wackaloon show going for his own reasons. He doesn't stand a chance.
In the sense that the birth control debate may well be just one more ploy by the GOP to get the religious wackos all stirred up and eager to vote for Repugs, Walsh may be right.
Since when have reactionaries ever been concerned with women as anything more than property to be utilized?
This morning I almost wrote something completely disgusting and tasteless about Walsh but stopped myself. I realized that I couldn't find the language to go as low as I was aiming and would not be able to do the slime justice.
