Ugh.In remarks that may prompt accusations of racial insensitivity, one suggested that Mr Romney was better placed to understand the depth of ties between the two countries than Mr Obama, whose father was from Africa.
“We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage, and he feels that the special relationship is special,” the adviser said of Mr Romney, adding: “The White House didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have”.
It's no coincidence that in order to demonstrate his foreign policy prowess he's going to Great Britain, Poland and Israel places run by conservatives the latter two the biggest darlings of the far right in the world.

There's a Scotsman in his woodpile.
To Mitt, the "special relationship" means that the Brits run their banks just like we do.
I see that they have put away the dog whistles in favor of the air raid sirens.
Well, the Romney (R-Romney Investors) Project have the White Anglo-Saxon part down but not the Protestant Christian part. I guess that if they're going to be playing the "heritage" cards I'd have to ask why he, Romney (R-Romney Investors), belongs to and was once Bishop of an anti-Christ, anti-Biblical cult and not a true Christian religion.
You can't have your WASP if you don't have the P.
Well, by gummy. It appears that Obama also has some pilgrim in him via his mother - the Deacon John Dunham of the Plymouth Colony.
PS Romney (R-Romney Investors) and his campaign should apologize for disparaging Obama's American WASP heritage. :) holding breath........
If you look at the comments over at the Daily Telegraph story you'll find a lot of anger directed at Abraham Lincoln.
Recall that Obama had the bust of Churchill removed and replaced with one of Lincoln.
And then you realize what this gets back to, the Racists who comprise the majority of the voters for Republicans (it's rich guys too, but they are $$$) are still not over that whole Civil War thing and are mad about the Lincoln love by Obama.
i am sure many Europeans are thinking amerika is sinking back to blah.
