Rising Hegemon
How many times in, say the last decade, has a hunter who shot a guy been able to have "others" on his behalf delay discussions about how it happened until a time they requested the next morning?
Not just in Texas, though that would be good too, but throughout the country.
Maybe that's S.O.P. for law enforcement, though I kind of doubt it.
