It Hurts Us...

To be reminded constantly just how moronic some people are, the same people that elected king George to a second term. This morning on NPR several interviews of "real people" analyzing the text of the speech read by the king last evening.

On the NSA illegl wiretapping, says one listener, though not a direct quote (an "actress" living in Ohio, transplanted from New York where, undoubtedly her off-off-off-off Broadway career never got off the ground): "I was living in New York on 9/11 and I have family living in New Jersey, and one of those terrorists was dating a woman, and if they had been able to listen in on their conversations they might have been able to stop 9/11."

THAT is what we are up against.
