Rising Hegemon
See, this fence along the border will just be another great fence in history. In China they built this wall to keep out mongoloids, or something like that.
In Germany they had a wall eventually torn down after they beat the war on steroids and bad cars.
Our fence will rival either of those as proof of our mercy and greatness in engineering capability.
