The Liberationator

In a recent interview with a vigorous and demanding questioner, his sister, George Bush had this to say about his "chosen" legacy:

"I'd like to be a president (known) as somebody who liberated 50 million people and helped achieve peace"

And I'd like to be known as the People Magazine's Sexiest Blogboy, but Harry Knowles just won't stop writing HTML mash notes to Guillermo del Toro.

Let's look at those awesome accomplishments.

Iraq, brutal to woman; brutal to Christians, Jews, brutal to Shiias and Sunnis, or about any other religion; brutal to gays. But I guess it's awesome for every other person in Iraq, all two of them.

And, of course, Afghanistan is just as well off.

Heckuva legacy indeed.
