Perry v. Schwarzenegger Prop 8 Decision Tomorrow


It is anticipated that the Judge in the California case will follow the path of the Iowa Supreme Court last year and find a right to same-sex marriages.

Causing Republicans to advocate adding another category to exclude in their proposed 14th Amendment Revisions.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States, except anchor babies who are not from Europe -- non-socialism branch, gays and gay anchor babies who are not from Europe -- non-socialism branch, and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Oh, and no fat chicks, though fat dudes are hereby declared AWESOME! or liberals.

Republicans, and conservatives generally, hate the constitution (except the Second Amendment, which they do not seem able to actually read) because it is a profoundly liberal document.

in the republikkklan mind there is only the 2nd amendment.
