In fact, I believe we have an proposed re-write of the Fourteenth Amendment right now, fresh from the office of weak-chinned strongman Mitch McConnell:
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside -- except anchor babies who are not from Europe non-socialism branch, gays and gay anchor babies no matter where they are from. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Oh, and no liberals.
It's just a draft, they'll keep working until they can at least save Michelle Malkin's citizenship.
The GOP Leadership, so crazy even Alan Keyes won't go there.

Harlan’s dissent in Plessy v. Ferguson took 57 years to become established law. We can start the official stopwatch on Judge Walker’s decision. Don’t think it will take quite that long.
Courts exist in large part to protect the rights of minorities. That is the necessary “judicial activism” which keeps society from fissioning apart.
So the culture war will go on forever, and the idiots on the right will keep exposing themselves as bigoted morons. They're betting they can cobble together a majority of people who are bigoted about something, and keep all the beasts and bullies in one pen. I’m OK with that.
