More deluges in the greater Des Moines area. I drove by my long-term storage area where I keep the record of my legal accomplishments and deeds and the water was only three feet from overtaking them. So this added few inches of rain is well-timed.
Yeah, my life is THAT exciting.

That kind of excitement you don't really need.
You might want to put the long term storage filing cabinets and such on pallets. It'll give you a few more inches of safety, and it makes the heavy stuff a lot easier to move in a hurry (assuming you have access to a pallet jack).
Do we get frogs or boils next, Doc?
I'd offer my basement 35 miles north, but it ain't too dry these days either.
