Well, duh ! Your trolls are only stating the obvious.

Even the newspaper executive acknowledges leftist bias.

In his final column for the New York Times as public editor Clark Hoyt admits the paper has a liberal bent.

From the New York Times

"For all of my three years, I heard versions of Kevin Keller’s accusation: The Times is a “liberal rag,” pursuing a partisan agenda in its news columns. There is no question that the editorial page is liberal and the regular columnists on the Op-Ed page are heavily weighted in that direction. There is also no question that The Times, though a national newspaper, shares the prevailing sensibilities of the city and region where it is published. It does not take creationism or intelligent design as serious alternatives to the theory of evolution. It prints the marriages and commitment ceremonies of same-sex couples. It covers art and cultural events out on the edge."

Frankly, who cares what the troll thinks.

If being branded as someone concerned with open government, equitable justice for all, and governmental assurances of civil liberties and individual rights, - some of that "founding principle" the Teabirchpublicans and their revolutionary committees of trollery appear to advocate* - then so be it. I'll take the compliment.

*yes, I know, this is the part of the "founding principles" that they find most problematic. All that icky equality stuff and all. Why couldn't the founders have had the good sense to say "All Good Non-Liberal Americans only are created equal..." and "we - the Lord's Warriors - hereby found this nation to be a Christian bastion of evangelical spiritual liberty and, as fundamentalist evangelical disciples of Calvin, we hereby pledge a cleansing war against the heathens, the infidels and the heretics worldwide?"

Most seem to assume OA doesn't know these truths to be fact. He knows, He knows. ..... . It is just not convenient for him to admit them. He needs the controversy to feed his addiction. The person is not stupid . The troll has an agenda and it will not wavier. ...... but keep feeding the beast, please, I find it entertaining and informative.

how is it that every liberal blog has at least one conservative troll posting in the comment threads on a daily basis? are there really that many underemployed (and slightly crazy) conservatives out there? yeesh.

Do "leftist" and "liberal" have the same meaning? I would say no, they do not . So the defense argument is not holding up.

So Bill Keller and me both got jobs the same day installing telephone poles for the Telephone Company. At the end of the first day the boss called us both into his office to ask us how we’d done.

That kiss-ass Keller said that he had installed FIFTEEN telephone poles. He was actually proud of it! The dumbfuck boss was fooled and said, "Way to go, Keller, good job."

Then the boss turned to me and asked me how I had done. I said, "Boss, I installed TWO telephone poles today."

The boss got mad and asked me, " Keller just said he installed FIFTEEN and you're telling me you only installed TWO?"

That’s when I let the boss know that Keller is not only a leftist, he’s stupid. I looked him straight in the eye and said, "Yeah sure Boss, Keller may have installed more poles than me, but you should just see how far HIS are sticking out of the ground!"

Stick that in your blank and fill it.

if you're too stupid to separate fact from opinion, then there is no helping you. sniveling about bias is just another way of denying verifiable facts.
