Apparently the DC cops aren't even charging the driver for leaving the scene. They claim he had the green light, and that the protesters either were blockading the intersection or jumped in front of the car. Which certainly explains why his car was finally stopped a block away as well.

It's DC. They've started blaming pedestrians for getting run over some time ago. Shit head cops didn't even witness the "accident."
