Apparently the dude on the left, Mansour Sayf al-Din Murad, is a Syrian tool. The dude with the gun (Jordanian MP Mohammad Shawabka) accused him of being a Syrian spy (probably true), after which Murad accused Shawabka of being a Mossad agent. Hence the altercation.
Murad is working straight out of the Rove/Ailes playbook. I'm not sure I'd be entirely unhappy if Republicans got guns pulled on them when they started accusing the opposition of being traitors. Although I'd much rather have them lose fingers instead.
