Crazy Train, a neverending story

While the right-wing finds a way to go crazy over becaue children as less worthy than others...no not those children, these children...there remains a ever fertile field of insanity.

For example...
"And as to Secretary Kerry, he gave the most ridiculous and delusional summary of American foreign policy I could imagine," Graham said on NBC's "Meet the Press" while discussing Israel's ground operation in Gaza...

Host David Gregory then asked Graham how the Kerry has failed in addressing the Malaysian plane and evidence that pro-Russia separatists likely shot down the plane with Russian weapons.

"One, he didn't call Putin the thug that he is. He didn't call for arming the Ukraine so they can defend themselves against rebel separatists supported by Russia," Graham responded.
Yes, throwing arms around and threatening, or actually, bombing is the only "rational" course of action.

You betcha.  I guess it all started with Benghazi right?

Hmm, I'm seeing more and more evidence that warmongering and mental aberration go together.

Graham's first impulse is to protect the profits of U.S. arms makers (arm them!), even though the fact is that the weapon responsible for the airliner shootdown is already in the hands of the Ukrainian government and in greater numbers than the rebels, so, it's not a matter of the Ukrainian military being insufficiently armed. In fact, the Ukrainian military has lots more military equipment (Russian, European and U.S.) than the rebels.

Second, bringing in more weapons in a conflict which is at present limited not by manpower but available ammunition escalates that conflict.

Finally, it's quite funny that Graham thinks calling Putin the "thug that he is" would somehow make a difference in the outcome. He's really hoping, instead, that he can bring back the 2004 election attacks on Kerry and that those will somehow rub off on Obama.

It's never about the prudent course. It's always about the Republicans and their hurt fee-fees.

The only thing that will stop this kind of thing is a Eurasian alliance cemented between Germany and Russia.
US troops do not belong in Europe.
Graham and kindred belong at the Hague for their Iraq lies, among others.
