Going out as kkklassy as he came in

Only the non-compete clause can keep Pat Buchanan from being a regular contributor on FoxNews where he can discuss how he likes Krauthammer even though Fuhrer would have applied Action T4 to him...and who is he to criticize?
“Look, for a long period of time the hard left, militant gay rights groups, militant — they call themselves civil rights groups, but I’m not sure they’re concerned about civil rights — people of color, Van Jones, these folks and others have been out to get Pat Buchanan off T.V., deny him speeches, get his column canceled,” Buchanan said during a radio interview with Sean Hannity this afternoon. “This has been done for years and years and years and it’s the usual suspects doing the same thing again. But my view is, you write what you believe to be the truth.”
That's the kind of rant even Ron Paul would call nutty -- but that's Pat.

Ol' Pat was always a professional whiner.

It's testimony to the fecklessness (and corporate conservatism) of the networks that they've continued to give him a pulpit from which to rant all these many decades. He's always been a gasbag and rhetorical bombthrower rather than a good analyst or prominent thinker.

After auguring into the ground in both the 1996 and 2000 elections, there should have been no reason to pay him any further attention, but, no, the powers that be kept giving him a platform. I can only conclude that the assholes in the executive offices liked what he had to say, and that's he's only gone from MSNBC now because he went off the rails and became too obvious in his flirtations with fascist ideology.

I knew it. Of course he's going to whine and play the victim. It his sense of victimhood that in his puny mind justifies the rage against his perceived "enemies."

No wonder he worked with and got along so well with Dick Nixon. Talk about being cut from the same cloth...white linen. With a matching hood.
