How is this NOT the lead story on every media outlet?

It's news that's several hours old now, but it cannot be repeated enough. Our Pakistani "allies" -- the country we've dumped billions into, including military technology -- the country we allowed to get away with a "house arrest" for a nuclear proliferator -- the country that was a democracy but now isn't -- has capitulated to the Taliban and Bin Laden.

Major General Shaukat Sultan Khan, press secretary to the president of Pakistan, tells ABC News that -- if found -- Osama bin Laden won't be arrested, as long as he promises to behave like a "peaceful citizen."

"If he is in Pakistan, bin Laden 'would not be taken into custody,' Major General Shaukat Sultan Khan told ABC News in a telephone interview, 'as long as one is being like a peaceful citizen," report Brian Ross and Gretchen Peters at ABC's blog, The Blotter.

"No, as long as one is being like a peaceful citizen, one would not be taken into custody," said Khan. "One has to stay like a peaceful citizen and not allowed to participate in any kind of terrorist activity."

"The surprising announcement comes as Pakistani army officials announced they were pulling their troops out of the North Waziristan region as part of a 'peace deal' with the Taliban," reports ABC.

So on the very day Bush was proclaiming the victories against Al Qaeda, Osama was getting away with it all. This seems a good reason to "celebrate" at the three locations the man who was "Determined to Strike the United States" did so.

On Georgie's Watch!

Meanwhile, ABC, who employs those who broke this story is planning on broadcasting a slanted piece of GOP-inspired propoganda talking about Bill Clinton not being mindful of Bin Laden before 9/11.

...while in the present day, George Bush presides over both the attack of 9/11 and the capitulation of his allies to Osama.

Explain that one Bush enablers?

Let me see how Neil Cavuto would put it...

"Osama Wins, Good News for Bush?"

One thing is pretty damn sure, Osama's Holloween Video postcard for the GOP is going to be the best studio production yet!
