And damned if the man Assrocket would claim is the blood-brother of Commandante Kos isn't poised for a comeback:
Daniel Ortega, the Marxist guerrilla who battled U.S. efforts to overthrow him in the 1980s, held a strong lead over his closest rival in early returns Monday from Nicaragua's presidential election.
The leftist Sandanista leader had about 41 percent of the vote with about 7 percent of polling stations counted, while Harvard-educated banker Eduardo Montealegre had 33 percent.
Three other candidates — Sandinista dissident Edmundo Jarquin, ruling party candidate Jose Rizo and former Contra rebel Eden Pastora — were trailing even further behind.
To win, Ortega needs just 35 percent of the vote and a five-point advantage over his closest opponent.
At the Reagan library it was reported that the Presidential Rotisserie has accelerated exponentially (assist with the grave turning).
