The people of Nicaragua choose the original "Fidel Jr." -- as usual a FINE long-term investment by a Republican Administration:

If his comeback is confirmed, Ortega would join a growing number of left-leaning Latin American rulers.


And what of past Reagan "founding father" Commandate Zero?

...former Contra rebel Eden Pastora bowed out after results showed him in last place.


Not just last place, but less than 1 percent of the vote place.

Other than making me wonder if there is any low-grade picante sauce in the house, I never thought much of Ortega, but hey, it's there election (no matter how much money the U.S. State Department dumped into the other parties).
