Tomorrow I take shipment of the new Springsteen record which is getting some pretty high praise. Here's hoping our local music critic and fellow itinerant Dedurkheim graces us with a review. You might not love his music but his politics are spot on, and he didn't shy away from expressing them--even if only just a little on the crummy Today show last Friday. And if you have been hiding under a rock, go somewhere and check it out, or start with this article from Sunday's NYT.

I'm scheduled to see a couple of the shows on this tour (Chicago and St. Paul) and will document the experience here. Until then, give it a listen.
