Proposed Memorial Observance

I suggest starting next year, we strap waterwings shaped like a black bat onto Bush and send him flying into the remains of the USS Arizona.

It'll combine Pearl Harbor, 9/11, Abu Ghraib and Katrina all in one. If we make the water-wings out of recycled credit cards it will be even better.
