Isn't it funny how they're all about states' rights until the states do something they don't like?
Umm, in this case, the state did something they liked, and the federal judge who heard the case didn't.
Nevertheless, is Newticles so fucking brain-dead stupid that he can't figure out that it would be a waste of time to have Congress make a new law that, by his definition, is not only identical to Sec. 3 of the DOMA (which was declared unconstitutional in July, 2010), and would also be unconstitutional under this new ruling?
