Oh, and Judge Walker's opinion is breathtakingly brilliant. He is a Bush 1 appointee, hence further fury from those on the right who feel Poppy is a RINO in sheep's clothing.

Not really a "right" wing issue here, Dr Dick. You seem to forget (or more likely, conveniently ignore) that Barack Obama and the Democratic Party also oppose same-sex marriage, as does the Republican Party and (iirc) the majority of voters in all of the States that the issue has been brought to ballot.
.....and sorry to hear of your own experiences with marriage. Perhaps you might consider Athenwise as your next victim....errr... next patient.....errr, I mean.... as your next partner. ;)
