The New York Post has its usual "holiday spirit"

And it's hardened heart is, as usual, about as small as Rupert Murdoch's conscience.

The New York Times ran a five-part series on the struggles of a very, very poor family struggling to survive in New York City in a subpar (to say the least) government-provided living space.

The Post's reaction?

Yes, the family’s housing has problems, including mice and reports of sexual assaults and other crimes. But...
And you know how it is going to go from there.

At least Murdoch's rag isn't giving out lumps of coal this year...no, they'll go with the floggings instead.

Happy Holidays!

I picture a 19th Century NY Post saying...

Yes, the Cratchits have problems, including a young crippled child and -- allegedly -- insufficient funds for a proper coat, but...

My response
Seriously, that is your response. I have wondered what it is like to live without empathy and the I realized those without don't care.
