Sci Fi channel jumped the Shark?

Ok, I'll admit that I have nerd-geek issues. Yet, even I have to ask if the Sci Fi channel has jumped the shark with this movie? And this hurts. I am a big fan of the new Battlestar Galactica but Mansquito??? I am shocked into uncharacteristic stunned silence.

I have to wonder what is next? The Fleaman? The amazing grasshopper woman? Or a new series... Cranky Casey Cockroach... cockroach by day, crime fighter by night.
