I'd say this is very, very disappointing

But it would be a gross understatement.

Obama made a nice statement about human rights and no longer abusing prisoners through torture. And good for him.

He also talked a great deal, and has done several things about transparency. But nobody even asked him a question about how they are following Bush-level secrecy on the torture done in the past as in this case.

Somebody needs to ask him -- and I have a feeling it won't be Chuck Todd.
