No one knows exactly how much of the story of John Henry is true. But it's a wonderful country that makes such men, and if he wasn't real it's a wonderful country that makes such stories.
It's wonderful that the country makes fictional characters? I didn't know we invented the invented.
Not to mention the ending of the John Henry story, as I know it, isn't all that happy.
Someday, maybe Peggy will stick to the fictional railroad theme and visit Russia so she can make like Anna Karenina.
