In the desire of having seats available this weekend, I wish to alert you to something of which the advertising may not have made you aware.
"King Kong" (originally called "Silverback Mountain") is actually a movie about two giant male Silverback Gorillas who, while married to the same blond actress, have a secret love for each other that is expressed annually on top of the world's largest metaphor.
It is indeed, "a love that dare not roar its name". Granted the "CGI Love Scenes" are impressive but they are also, frankly, quite emasculating. You don't need that -- surely you don't need more of that than you already receive?
Feel free to go see "Narnia" again.
Think about it, won't you?
Sincerely,
Atta J. Turk
