Worst Person in the World

From Huffington Post:

From Bill O'Reilly's interview with Bob Woodward, October 3, 2006:

O'REILLY: Continuing now with Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward, author of the brand new book and big bestseller, "State of Denial." You know, I'm mad at you, because my book is probably going to be knocked out of the No. 1 by your book. I'm just kidding.

WOODWARD: I apologize.

O'REILLY: Couldn't you just kind of -- two weeks later?

He may be kidding, he's also lying.

Here's the New York Times Best Seller List (which would not yet include Woodward's book):

1 I FEEL BAD ABOUT MY NECK, by Nora Ephron.
2 THE GREATEST STORY EVER SOLD, by Frank Rich.
3 THE CONFESSION, by James E. McGreevey.
4 MARLEY & ME, by John Grogan.
5 THE WORLD IS FLAT, by Thomas L. Friedman.
6 STATE OF EMERGENCY, by Patrick J. Buchanan.
7 LETTER TO A CHRISTIAN NATION, by Sam Harris.
8 I SHOULDN'T EVEN BE DOING THIS! by Bob Newhart.
9 FREAKONOMICS, by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner.
10 THE LOOMING TOWER, by Lawrence Wright.
11 THE GOD DELUSION, by Richard Dawkins.
12 HUBRIS, by Michael Isikoff and David Corn.
13 FIASCO, by Thomas E. Ricks.
14 AIR AMERICA: THE PLAYBOOK, by David Bender, Chuck D, Thom Hartmann et al.
15 THE WAY WE WERE, by Paul Burrell.
16* THE LOST, by Daniel Mendelsohn.

In fact, if you peruse the list all the way through the top 35 you will not see O'Reilly's (or "T-Warrior" as he calls himself -- "T-Bag" to the rest of us) book listed. Now, his book was released on September 25 so I'm sure enough book hawking and bulk orders will push Billorally's book into this list (I mean hell, David Limbaugh's book is 17), but he's not there now, as he states.

And when you look through the top 35 and not see the T-Bag's book, you do see something in at #31 and it is...

31 WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD, by Keith Olbermann
