The public wants the war to end, so George Bush should get everything he wants. Where's my pudding?
Broder is afraid, he writes out of a combination of fear and arrogance. He's the same frightened bunny as the rest of the beltway media who enabled the Bush White House all the way into a war. Meanwhile, looking mortality square in the face he feels he is indespensible.
When in fact, he's incredibly disposable.
The Republic will survive just fine without you Davey.
