Nancy Pelosi is right. That does not mean that she shouldn't be very stingy with the earmarks for certain districts in the next budget. Along with zeroing out all Republican/Teabagger districts.
What bothers me is that Dems don't fight back. This is so easy 1. "Yeah, I hate Nancy Pelosi because thanks to her work on health care reform, millions of working families can go to bed at night knowing that they are not an illness away from financial ruin! Damn her! and fuck you!" (A modified quote from David "Bobo" Brooks) 2. "Nancy Pelosi reformed the student loan program that saved taxpayers $87 billion – and invested $77 billion of those savings to help YOUR kids afford college. She's a bitch all right!" 3. Nancy Pelosi help pass the new GI Bill that let's today's veterans of wars Republicans start and can't finish get the same benefits as those from World War II - benefits your party opposed! Why do you hate our troops?
You get the idea. So why don't they fight back?
I get these stupid emails with their hatred of Pelosi from some of my conservative friends. I often go back to them and ask them what - SPECIFICALLY - Pelosi did to draw their fury and the result is bupkis! They got nothin'.

Nancy Pelosi has endured relentless attacks from both right and left with grace. That takes genuine strength.
Okay, fine. Nancy Pelosi is okay with a bunch of Repugs in Dem's clothing voting with the opposition 75% of the time.
