It's apparent that at least some Dems in Congress have been reading David Cay Johnston's books and articles on the tax code, because those are all examples he's brought up in his last two books and in articles for tax.com.
And, that's a representative sample, not a comprehensive list. The tax code has, literally, tens of thousands exceptions that, while technically applying to everyone, only very wealthy corporations and individuals are able to take advantage of them.
