It strains credulity that hacking phone messages was the ONLY crime being committed in Fox's so-called "brain room"...I'm guessing hacking e-mail messages and illegal wiretapping... And it wouldn't be too surprising if they were exchanging such secret stuff with Rove, Cheney, etc.
The 'Fox Brain Room' - there's an oxymoron.I guess they figured they needed at least one brain in the building, given that their on-air talent were forbidden to show any sign of one.
