How are they supposed to stand up to "terrorists" then?

Poor babies, out of excuses...and ready to make nonsensical ones:

On Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) argued there was another problem with moving Obama's nominees: a "culture of intimidation" being fueled by Democrats.

"There's a culture of intimidation throughout the executive branch of the federal government," McConnell told reporters in response to a question about nominations and listed a number of agencies. "There's also a culture of intimidation here in the Senate."

There's only one thing that Mitch McConnell is afraid of...other than chins...and that's losing his precious seat.

The Republican philosophy..."We've made Washington ungovernable...so elect us for deliberately fucking things up".

So, in Chinless McConnell's world, a "culture of intimidation" equals the President's legally-mandated duty to make judicial nominations.

With that logic, McConnell must clutch his pearls and faint every time Obama the Usurper sits at his desk in the Oval Office.

That's today's GOP.

Motto: "Government doesn't work. Put us in office and we'll prove it"

sad thing is, the base nowdays for republicans will believe with all their little black hearts and pointy little heads that they are the only ones capable of ruling...

and never ever see the irony that the republicans are all about ruling rather than governing.

slap a tea party label on it and that's all the depth required to entrance republicans and stop the evil progressives who don't seem to recognize color or the danger in the actual constitution...

me, i think i'll stay evil then...
