Podless

Apparently John Podhoretz doesn't seem to think that Defense Attorney's tend to avoid publicly convicting their clients.

"Luskin told NEWSWEEK that Rove 'never knowingly disclosed classified information' and that 'he did not tell any reporter that Valerie Plame worked for the CIA.' Luskin declined, however, to discuss any other details...

Seems to me that unless Luskin is lying, Rove is in the clear.

Um, knowingly disclosing the identity of a CIA Operative IS a crime, and not one most defense attorneys are going to say their clients did.

John Podhoretz, deep thinker.

I'm sure that kind of blase naivete is extended to Democrats from him too right?
